Refund & Cancellation Policy
Plans change — our terms are simple and fair. Here is exactly how cancellations, reschedules and refunds work for every Kamshet Paragliding booking.
Booking deposit
A ₹500 advance per person confirms your slot. The remaining balance is paid at the meeting point on the day of your flight.
Free cancellation — 7+ days
Cancel more than 7 days before your scheduled flight and get a full refund, including the deposit.
Cancellation fees
- 3–7 days before: 25% cancellation fee
- 24 hours–3 days before: 50% cancellation fee
- Under 24 hours: 100% — no refund
No-shows & late arrivals
No refund for no-shows. If you arrive late we will try to move you into a later slot the same day; if none is available the booking may be rescheduled, but no refund applies.
Weather cancellations
If we cancel for wind, rain or unsafe conditions, you pick the option that suits you — a free reschedule to the next flyable slot or a full refund.
How to cancel & refund timeline
WhatsApp or call +91 7666453090 with your booking details. Approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5–7 business days; cash payments are refunded via UPI or bank transfer.
